MEINC Homeowners Association Management is a full-service real estate company in the Washington Metropolitan area. In looking at the industry, it has shown us that the most successful approach to managing an association is a “team” approach. Instead of having one property manager, our communities have a team of people working together for the good of the homeowners.

There are several areas that our “team” emphasizes. Communication, knowledge, and collections, monthly property inspections are vital components. Our studies show that a management team that is strong in these areas can assist a community in building strong relationships with their neighbors, improve property values, and also empower the Board of Directors to lead their community. Thus, giving the Board the confidence to handle the business of the Association, and encourage homeowners to comply.
